The Fallout universe holds a special place in my heart. Many of my most epic experiences in the simulated universes of Vidja have taken place in the post apocalyptic wastelands of Fallout. I’ve always wondered where they would take the series, what sort of game play elements they would incorporate to enhance the adventure. And when I heard the rumors of what Fallout 76 would include, it was as though all my prayers to the Children of Atom had actually been answered.

Aside from some pretty epic setting footage, during the Fallout 76 State Show at E3 this year,  mastermind Bethesda Softworks wizard Todd Howard announced some fascinating details about the next game.
